Bad service

<p>Just when I thought that the axing of the finance minister and state capture by Zuma and his friends was bad it is nothing compared to the service I got from Nu Power. I really regret the day I signed the contract with them. I was told that the solar system has a 10 years warranty but to my surprise when I called them with the issue I was having I was told that there was a call out fee, according to me and the contact I signed with them I was still within the warranty period. Then they came up with another excuse telling me the warranty only covers certain components of the solar system. How about you come take out your system and give me back my money. I’m certain that there’s another company that will appreciate my business and give me great customer experience. Get someone to resolve my issue or the owner of the company if everyone is ***********. I’m utterly disgusted by your service.</p>
