Bad installation and bad service

<p>Over December we had Nupower install a geyser in our new house. The geyser leaked profusely through the ceiling. As they were on holiday we had to get an plumber to fix their installation. I have held back R2000 if a R50000 installation due to this. Nupower is now refusing to offer us a quarantee on our system (which already has had a computer system replaced in March) unless we pay the R2000. Disgusting service and attitude.</p>
