Swimming Pool and Braai Area

I was promised that my pool and braai area would be finished by the first week in December 2019. December came and went and the pool & braai area were not completed. The workmanship was shoddy to say-the least. Mare from Nupools never answers her phone and promised to complete the job but it did not materialize. On the 24/3/20 she sent me a message apologizing profusely for not getting to site to complete the project. She would endeavor to complete as soos as possible after lock down. I paid her all outstanding monies on the project in good faith for her to complete the project against all advice from friends and family. I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to her to finalize a time frame for completion but as yet have not received any joy. The only good thing that I can say about Nupools is that their photography s****s are brilliant!!! Unlike their professionalism, time keeping, quality of work and project management. They are definitely not a reputable company.
