Nupools has disappeared with my deposit of R18 000. After pressurising me in December to pay the deposit in order to secure my slot before Christmas, then false promises that a team would come to reline my pool, there has been silence. The owners (Mare and Jono Toerien) are not answering calls or emails and have simply disappeared. I have laid a charge of ***** against them.
