Nungu Solar has no after customer care or people's satisfaction.

After we asked Nungu Solar to install the solar system in 2021/01....we only received our invoice from the company after many requests today 2022/01,but not the contract nor warrantee/guarantee or life expectancy of entire unit. I have recommended Nungu Solar to a neighbors father and the hole agreement turned sour between Nungu Solar my neighbor and me....people still want Nungu Solars referral from me but in this state and my sanity I cannot recommend Nungu Solar to anyone cos I have a bitter experience and ongoing battle with Nungu It's going for two weeks and no resolution to our plight being in the dark or extra expendixture with running the generator,only feedback is demanding more money, scenarios of the battery being a danger when used and the battery still been looked at by a service provider who dries the battery and it being out of warranty....but I informed Tanashe too return the unit.
