Nungu Solar company are they trustworthy?

Greetings...I went off-grid in 2015 (Eskom electricity) using a generator to push the supply to my house until I decided to go for solar energy in 2019.We appointed Nungu Solar to assess and install a full off-grid solar system that cost a pretty penny to say as per the Technical staff namely Tanashe and Arthur the promotion they were running at the time will be fully capable to supply the house without any problems,but ever since we had interruptions/failure of energy to house esp.when it is raining for longer then two days or cloudy.....we have lost numerous contents in our refrigerator,days without power and had to run the generator numerous times,twice they had to come out check the system and every time "Tanashe seem to seek fault from other sources then the system he has recommended....we had to pay for every call out during the initial installation R1000.00 X2 due to the delay ....then 1st electrical fault, of which was not the cause for the outage/supply.....2 then his electrician did shady work in my presence and said they will get back to put the proper wiring when they have it which never happened till the bank needed a report and certification for the system installed....the coc was issued a year (2020) later of which was included in the promo pack but then I was billed a R1000.00,the problem continued and became worse and more frustrating and numerous calls and Tanashe recommended yet again we get an electrician to check the wiring cos it's not their field we did and nothing faulty found and yet again a bill....December 2021 then he came out and checked the system and the wiring and made some conversion so the system can be charged when the generator is running, and systems became worse and then he (Tanashe) 2022 and the new guy he came with says it is water damage to the battery of which is impossible for the system is put up is indoors and no water gets in and we were told first to pay a call out fee of R500.00 of which I dispute cos we can't be paying and still not have a proper supply of energy of which was only for four hours 18:00-21:30 then in the mornings from 8:00-10:00 ever since the installation ....they came and apparently found water in the battery which I highly doubt and still have my preservation to his theory,they took the battery apparently to be checked and a bill R5500.00 +R500.00 is needed and the battery is out of warranty....Nungu Solar has not given us any assurance/relieve in the product they sold us but more bills and expenditure....no loan battery or replacement on the fuel for the generator or the refrigerator goods that went off....Nungu Solar company services is of poor, customer service a no go,they do not care about the aftercare of their clients but there financial interest or revenue....Today 14:45 21Jan 2022 I received a call from Tanashe stating the worst scenario of asking for the battery back and only to be told that it will only be available in the next upcoming week or two with no help towards our dillema of being in the dark or financial support towards the generator.....we are still awaiting paperwork from the office since 2019 ..... what do I do in such a situation going forward with Nungu Solar...let's see in the next upcoming 24hrs.
