Nuna South Africa is the worst

Customer service and the South African distributor of Nuna is disgusting. I have a brand new sealed in box item from them which they are not at all helping me exchange (I didn’t even request a refund). The South African distributor Mandelisa is rude and seems to be only looking after his own pocket. Rather go with Nula or Maxi Cosi which os the exact same, at half the price and WAY better customer service!
