Terrible service

Worst service ever received!! Truck didn’t pitch for the move.. I was told to follow up with the truck driver which didn’t respond to my messages or calls. Now there is no answer or feedback on my refund. I was made to pay a 50% deposit but now they don’t want to refund it. Save yourself the stress and don’t contact them for your move!!!!
