Contents look nothing like picture on box
I bought the Nutristart chocolate cereal at Pick n Pay. The box showed cluster almost muesli-type cereal. The contents are powdery dust with a few oats. The colour or make-up of the cereal is not the same. I looked for a telephone number or company name, other than the brand name on the box, but there was none - just a website. If I wanted powdery cereal I would have bought one that showed that on the outside of the box. My family won't eat this! What a waste of money.

We apologise for this but know that it is receiving our attention. We are currently busy with research to improve the crunchiness of this product; unfortunately, it takes a bit longer as we do not want to add any harmful chemicals to speed up the process.
We have now launched the NutriStart Active variant that contains brown sugar instead of a sweetener. Our team decided to forward you complimentary stock of the NutriStart Active. The crunchiness of this cereal is much better and your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
