have made a payment of R725.00 on the 18th August into your standard bank account.

It was then told by your agent I need to wait 2 working days for the courier to be delivered, by Wednesday when I got home no parcel was delivered….then I called the agent again.

She apologised saying there has been a problem with delivery and that the parcel will be delivered by Thursday of Friday.

I decided to call her early this morning after 9am and gave me numerous numbers to call in order for me to find out where my parcel is…this is clearly not my job to keep track of deliveries.

I called her again today, she then said the couriers has been to my moms place the entire week and no one was at home whereas she ensured that the courier will first call me before they deliver.

This is totally disgusted, never ever have I come across the service and I am doing mostly online purchasing and then within 2 days my parcel gets delivered.

Can I please get my money back, because I can no longer deal with the lies and this horrible service.
