false advert

I had a very bad experience with this merchant, they advertised their product for a free trial where i only had to pay shipping fee of only R92. 00 but to my surprise i ended up pay more than R800.00 and more so i was told that the package will be delivered at my work/or home address but the again the package was delivered at the post office, where by i needed to pay the custom fees of another R800. when i queried that i was told that they will rectify it, and its been one story to another, its now almost 3 months and i am still not sorted out.
