Poor quality, poor service.

<p>I have had an awful experience with Nula Baby. I ordered this travel system but was not happy with what was delivered to me. I was led to believe that the base was Isofix, which it is not. Further, the car seat is in my opinion very poor quality and badly designed. The straps were fiddly and the clasp was difficult to clip and unclip. I felt the seat had too little head support for a small baby. The base, when attached with a car seatbelt, felt insecure and slid around on the back seat. I ended up returning the system but lost over R1200 on my refund due to "administrative" fees and shipping costs among others. I would not recommend this product. I ultimately ordered the Joie Litetrax system which was slightly cheaper, including Isofix base, and is of infinitely better quality.</p>
