Litany of errors raises safety concerns

We have experience a pletora of errors which raises serious concerns around the quality assurance processes at Nula and the subsequent implications for my babies.

We purchased the Nula Duo travel system with all the bells and whistles and it seems every time we are at a point to test an aspect of the pram's functionality we find that it does not work. We have thus far experienced all of the following despite assurances from Nula Baby that they have performed all checks. Either they are : - Blatantly lying - *********** - Their quality assurance processes are not up to standard

1. Missing sunshades for 2x toddler seats/ bassinets 2. Missing connectors for 2x infant seats 3. Incorrectly size co**** cover 4. Missing red release buttons for 1x infant car seat 5. Incorrect brake bar 6. The replacement seat provided to deal with issue 4 now missing the bars at the bottom to click into the base
