Does not complete job

Same story. They started well and then asks for progress payment and once u pay more than 80 percent they dissapear for weeks. 3 weeks no show and keepa coming with excuses. Does not even call or make arrangments. Does not take calls either. Very likable guy but slippery and no work ethics at all. Do not pay more than 50 percent deposit.
