Residents of administrated complexes ignored.

This company is the management company for our complex.

When sending e-mails to them they ignore these, One does not receive an acknowledgement of receipt, or reference number. Not even an auto-responder.

last year we lodged a complaint. We send e-mails from 2023-08-17. Not receiving any feedback only then to receive an e-mail on 2023-10-06 telling us to go to CSOS. On 2023 -11- 09 i was informed that feedback would be provided to me regarding a request the following week, Now, 3 months later, I still did not receive the information.

I sent an e-mail in 2023-02-20. 72 hours later and I received no response.

I get that the members of the board of trustees may not be able to attend to the e-mails as speedily as one would expect, but one would expect that the management company would respond to e-mails.
