Extremely high electricity bills!

I dont know what to do anymore, i spend most of my life at work and my bills are constantly going up and now i need to pay R2670 , i am not getting any assistance, and this has been happening for the entire year! But it has gotten extremely worse! I need help i am extremely upset!
