Constant inflating of service fees

These people are increasing my services by R1000 each month since January. In January 2020 my services were R900 and now in May 2020 the statement is 3900. I believe they are making me pay for the business they loose during lock down. I complained with an email there was no answer and I know they wont answer this complaint as well. I also believe if I was white they would have answered.
