*******, Slow Development, ********* Practices!!!!!!

<p>I bought a new development from NuDevco builders in 2014. I moved into the home in December 2016. My home was delayed by a full year, leaving me stranded for a place to stay and losing out on a lot of mney having to keep rescheduling movers and service providers. </p> <p>Their service is non existant, they do not communicate late time lines with owners, they use inferior products, sewerage was not even connected correctly. Snags are still not complete. </p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to the above, they are theives. They will NOT reimburse you for interim interest paid on their behalf. Its been months since I moved in and still they have not paid me money OWING to me. They ignore emails and avoid confrontation. I am not the only owner that has these majot issues with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY NEW PROPERTIES FROM THIS COMPANY, that is unless you wish for them to ***** your money and delivery inferior service. </p>
