BAD Experience with Nudek Decking

Duard Kleyn from Nudek recommended an recommended installer called Pro Decking ,<br> <br> [URL Removed] and [URL Removed]<br> <br> Our Deck was installed in October 2015, but 3 months later we had major issues with loose boards, a substructure that are sagging more than 8mm and abnormal discolouration of some of the Decking Boards.<br> Its now 6 months down the line and we still have no joy.<br> <br> The installer also promised a Warranty or Gaurantee that we haven't seen up to now, although they made several verbal commitments.<br> <br> We chose a composite deck due to the fact that it would look better than a wood decking and we asked the manufacturer to make a recommendation on an installer. <br> <br> The installer visited the site after our several calls and messages to complain. They confirmed the problems and admitted that they did not use the correct amount of *****s on the decking and they would check the substructure when they correct the loose boards. That has been now again 3 months and no one came to correct this.<br> <br> At this stage, we would only hope to recover the money we invested, as we have no hope that they will come to fix this.
