Tired of accusations.

For more than a year, I have been receiving sms's from NuDebt accusing someone I have never heard of, of not paying a Telkom account. I have phoned them repeatedly at my expense to explain that the cell number they are sending these messages to, is mine and I have never had a Telkom account and I don't know the accused person. I keep receiving assurance that they have removed my name from this account, only to receive another demand a few weeks later.
