Poor Service and bad customer interaction

Sat for 20mins after my appointment time and when i asked why im sitting for 20mins, i get an immediate response that they are busy and i must wait another 5mins. I questioned why i did not get some communication about ruuning late and then I get told im rde and my appointment is cancelled. this is disgusting behaviour, and not once did a recieve an apology. I have all whatsapp correspondence, so any stupid response to this review shifting any blame is Null and void. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
