The worst business that ever existed
These ****mers do not even deserve a 1 star. I ordered in December 2025, late April 2026 they posted that we dispute with our banks to get our moneys back but have no apologised personally to each and every client who placed an order and their order was not fulfilled. They are not trustworthy and I’m so glad the company has closed down because they deserve nothing at this point for ****ming people out of their hard earned money. What a waste of time and money trying to support black business only to be met with absolutely nothing and full of regret.

Place an order November 2025, even to date didn’t receive my order. Sent email and text on WhatsApp with no reply. We’ve been ****med , the website is no longer there.

I wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered 3 items in November 2025 and haven’t recieved any of the items to date. No responses to queries or any information regarding a refund. The owner belatedly ignores any form of communication.

Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery & Zero Communication
I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Nude Collections. I placed an order back in November, and I still have not received my items. What makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism from Philisiwe. She has gone completely radio silent—no updates on my shipment, no replies to my inquiries, and no explanation for the delay. It feels like my money has been taken with no intention of fulfilling the order. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to stay away. This has been a terrible experience, and I am still waiting for either my products or a full refund. If there was anything less than a star, I’d surely give this business that.

Bad service
I order on the 30th of October , i was told that my order will take 4 weeks to be shipped i was fine with that. I contacted them after the 4 weeks had ended and it took days for them to be responded to and i was told that my order would be shipped on the first of December, a few days before december i got an email telling me that my order will be shipped on the 12th its now the 16th and do not have the tracking number for my order . No one is responding to me . I would advise you to look at the reviews online before you order .

Bad service
