Worst Delivery Service Ever

I purchased merchandise for delivery on Monday 11 Nov 2024. This was collected by their courier Nucleus on 14 Nov 2024. The system was not updated from then up to today 18 Nov 2024. Despite 6 phone calls and being told each time that my order was on delivery. It has not pitched up. The courier does not have a listed number that works and the staff from Leroy Merlin will not put me through to someone more senior. Really pathetic service, I know I'm not the first person as I've seen other reviews similar to mine. I don't understand why Leroy Merlin continues to use the services of Nucleus.
