Bad service

Nucleus is a horrible delivery company, Leroy Merlin must remove them from their delivery tender, everyone is just full of **** from customer care to the driver. They deliver for people who work from home only and they are not good in communication you will just be told the driver is at your door, if you don't work from home to receive your order it will keep on being cancelled.

Dear Nucleus, your customers are not only working from home, consider those that do not work from home too and be serious about your service.
