Jan Jacobs of Nuclad beware

Owner Jan Jacobs of Nuclad Roofing started off seemingly okay, then took 75% deposit for a small job and after a while just simply stopped coming. He made endless excuses until we had to pay to have someone else finish the job. Jan also made off with the whole deposit and no longer responds to requests to pay back what he owes us. A search on google revealed that he has done this to other people on a much larger scale.
