Poor customer service

I’ve paid money to learn a sewing skill. I do not recommend anyone to register because after you done with payment no one gives you their attention. Its been 6 months not receiving my money. They’ve been saying they will refund me but nothing. I’m not happy at all with their treatment. They want to **** me my money. I’m definitely taking my matter further now cause this is nonsense. When I call or text on WhatsApp to ask for my money they do not respond.
