Horrible unprofessional behavior

I enrolled with Nubase sewing academy for the Cape Town September intake.. When enrolling it was said that you pay half as a deposit and the rest of the money before you finish the classes.. One random day I got a WhatsApp text from the owner Prudence saying the money I have paid has depleted I need to pay the remaining amount.. Confusing as it was I explained that that's not my understanding she then adviced that I don't come to class until I have paid so I had to pause the classes.. After missing 4 classes I paid to continue with the rest of the course I resumed attended 3 classes and that's when it was evident that there were issues with the school as a whole from some teacher bringing police to school to finding premises locked for some dispute with the landlord.. I texted the owner asked her to confirm I should be concerned that's when the drama started.. I asked for the refund and she adviced it was never possible to refund... Next thing we were arguing with her telling me she was gonna put me in my place (I have receipts of the insults) so in that drama one of the students showed me her correspondence with the rest of the students in a whatsapp group that she removed me from and she was promising them their refunds now that classes couldn't continue.. One student managed to add me to the WhatsApp group I asked her now with everyone in the group and she said I should forward my details she will refund me.. We had a dispute outside the group about how she should be refunding me... Remember unlike the rest of the people she made me pause classes I missed 4 classes I paid 2800 to continue meaning all in all the overall training I paid for it.. So when I resumed I attended only 3 classes that was supposed to catch up with missed classes... So she has to refund me the 2800 back she owe me one day even but anyways... Now she had since blocked me there is no communication I know that she refunded some people... I don't have anyway to communicate with her I sent her follow up smses she hasn't responded... I need my refund please
