Worst ever possible exchange on new faulty TV

I purchased a 47cm JVC Television from Nu-World in the beginning of December 2014. The freaken TV was faulty on installation and I reported it. Mr Brian van der Westhuizen who calls himself the senior in the technical division responded that the television will be exchanged. It is now the end of the first week in February 2015 and no exchange has been done. I requested that my money be repaid and nothing. Please do not buy any of these products that NU-WORLD supplies as it seems you are bound to loose your money.<br> <br> They just make a promise every now and then and nothing ever happens. They are a bunch of sharks. <br> <br> They do JVS and Telefunken devices. I have all the mail correspondence on the matter
