Unacceptable Service/Feedback

I phoned in regarding a Telefunken 7\ Tablet that I bought at Game in January 2016 where the screen in damaged. The lady phoned me back on 18 February 2016 and said that she will get her supervisor to phone me regarding my query. I'm still waiting. I have even followed up with an email advising them that I will go to hellopeter.com but clearly it doesn't phase them."
