Telefunken 39 inch LED TV just a year and watching a dark screen with only voices.

Hello my name is Kashifa last year I purchased a Telefunken 39" from game ... the TV is not even old and hardly used but few days ago I noticed a black mark on the screen as the colour fading in a area ...then when I put Oon the TV yesterday it was completely dark and can see no picture only hear voices.... What a brilliant TV in less than a year it has gone messed up and then to top it off because I lost my slip I will have to pay for service fee plus having it fixed by nu world ...for a TV that they do not take the time to check the quality of.... I know other people with the same TV and. It's going strong...this is really a shame as it was 3000on special and money does not go on trees to purchase a TV every year a LED TV every year.. I have a d 54cm tube TV that's going strong... imagine that your quality sucks your service and TV .... If I had years of use of it then fine I'd understand but under a year it's a disaster....I'm very disappointed with your Telefunken TV it says Full HD but is actually HD ready. . It's a nice TV but for it to break or have something go wrong this quick is really bad quality a bad brand ....
