Poor technicians

In 2011,i told myself that i must save so that i can buy myself a Samsung TV at Game Kolonnade store,when i went there in 2012,i wanted samsung tv but Game employee told me that samsung is not a good brand and he said i must buy JVC,i trusted him with my money and bought what so called good and best brand(JVC TV 32'). Within the first twelve month,i send my TV for repairs,they took my tv at Bloed mall in pretoria for a screen repair,thats what 2013,then 2014,it went back with the same problem and it striked again in 2015 with the same problem, i then decided to contact Game through their website and they called me and promised me that they will come back to me within with few days off whch i told them that i use my tv everyday and i have DSTV which i pay each and every month but i dont have a tv. I kept on calling them and surprisingly they cant pull all my records to see how many times did my TV went for repairs,thats not my fault and it does not have to concern me,they even failed to give me a loan unit TV to use for a time being. I need a brand new tv within 3 working days. Nuworld supplier says i must pay R 900 for my tv to be repaired,they should deduct that amount from their
