Not happy

I purchased a Jvc65 led tv couple months ago and in desember 2017 decided to fit it on wallbracket by useing a wall kit.After installing I found a part of picture missing because one of *****s went in to deep and damaged a cable inside set after I was told by store I got set from that is will not be covered under warranty which I accepted I than turn to Nu World the agents for Jvc. Was than told by there workshop that they will not handle it even as a paid repair or sell the parts to have it fixed somethere. I must just buy another set. Is this good enough not for me and therefor iam going to share my story Thank you
