JVC and NU WORLD, stay away from these useless people

I bought a JVC product from House and Homes about 2 and half years ago in N1 City, my warranty was valid for 1 year. The 55 inch flat screen tv cost me R15000. I need to warn you before you buy any JVC tv u must check the back up service first. NU World is the South African dealer for this brand. A month after my warranty expired meaning 13month after I bought the tv I started with problems where it was freezing, took it in for software upgrade, 4 months later it was doing the same, took it back again, it went there more than 4 times and as am taking to you now its with them. This time the pictures started fading, took it to Nuworld Montague gardens on the 27 March and today no one has contacted me to give me any feedback, called several times left messages and Damian or Tania haven't returned my calls. Took it further contacted their head office call centre asked for help and no one seems to know what they doing. I have got other tv brands in my house for over 4 years now and they still work like a charm . Nu World and JVC TVS are a waste of money. R15k is basically for 1 year
