Great service from Derek Bentley and Ilia Ambrosio

Bought a Goldair Quartz heater & for the life of me couldn't figure out where to fill the water for the humidifier. Derek Bentley in Sales had previously helped me with a different item sometime back & I kept his details. Yesterday morning, mailed him & before noon received a response from Ilia with a photo attached which was great. Thanks to both for this. Much appreciated.
