Great customer service!

Last year I bought 6 new Goldair panel heaters from a company that was liquidated. Yesterday, almost a year later, I was finally ready to install them. I was dismayed to find that 5 of the 6 heaters didn't have the mounting hardware in the box. They had been taken out of their boxes, ready to be installed. This didn't take place in the end when the company was liquidated. When they were re-boxed, the packets with mounting hardware must've been missed. I found that Goldair was a product of Nu-Word Industries, I found their website, and sent an email to ***.

Much to my surprise I received a reply 90minutes later from Wesley Nhlapo. He said that he got me the mounting kits I needed and was sending it overnight to their agents in Cape Town where I can collect it. He also gave two contact names in Cape Town.

WOW!

Haven't had such great customer service in a while! The first response to me was with a solution already being put in place!

Thanks Wesley and everyone else at Nu-World Industries who made this possible. It is so refreshing to not have had any push back, but for the customer to be trusted and enthusiastically supported.

YES, it IS possible to detect enthusiasm from an email!
