Delay in delivering a JVC Television

<p>My name is Mr Dumisani Mahlangu, on the 30th of December 2016 I bought a JVC 48 Inch TV from Senex Interiors in Pretoria. I was told that the TV will be delivered on the following Monday, but till today am still waiting for the TV which I’ve already paid for. When I enquire at the shop regarding the delivery of the TV they told me that they are waiting for the suppliers to make a delivery so that they can deliver it to my place of residence. The suppliers happen to be the Nu World Industries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 19th of December 2016 and I am still waiting for the TV. At the shop, they gave me the contact details of Nu World which is ********** , to enquire about the delivery of the TV but instead I am being transferred from pillar to post and not receiving any assistance. They are not giving me a clear answer. They keep on transferring me from one person to the other until my airtime is finished. It is really frustrating I dont even know what to do. As I want my TV to be delivered today.</p> <p> </p>
