Complaint regarding replacement glass

<p>Nu World has failed me and seem to be ignoring me even when one has paid for the service/ goods.</p> <p>I have paid for a replacement glass for an extractor that i bought at Makro, Makro has done their best to assist me and reverted me back to this company called Nu World Holdings. I've spoken to their Consumer Electronic Service Director and he himself just like his Service Manager has not delivered or fitted my goods as promised. I was told they have the glass in stock same day of payment but 3 weeks now and nothing. I have no idea why none of them are bothing to solve this issue and when you call their ********** a rude receptionist responds or they just dont bother to pick up.</p> <p>I am livid and do not know where to turn to now cause if a Director does not take your issue seriously then i dont know.</p> <p>Someone please assist me </p>
