Almost two months

Got my Samsung 40 inch TV replaced at Nu World after a ******* at my home after 1 year and 3 months the TV start getting darker at the bottom of the screen, I booked it in with Nu World Menlyn on 2016/01/27 and up to today 2016/03/17 I had no feedback from Nu World I have phoned numerus times and always the same answer \they are waiting for parts\" this in unacceptable and Nu World do not have the customer interest at heart just the money, I will add a report for Samsung too as this is an matter between the two companies and the end user is suffering. I'm currently waiting on someone from Nui World to call me back as thy had no Idea wat is going on!!!"
