Nuvita Care pathetic service

Pathetic service - placed an order in June and have not received anything yet after 2 months. The tracking is useless - last movement was end of July. They keep saying that the order is on its way. They are not prepared to cancel the order and pay back my money. I would like to know if anyone has received anything that they have ordered from them. Apart from the support email there are no other ways to talk to anybody.
