Unfair business practice
I bought products for TR90 program only to find that when my husband wanted to start the program the products had expired 4 months later after buying them. Their products shelf life is very short and they don't alert the customers upfront about that and yet their products are very expensive. After submitting a complaint, they don't want to replace the products. They say we should have used the products within 4 months

Unfortunately, we would not be able to offer a replacement for these products as they were well within shelf-life dates at the time of purchase. Nu Skin does actively remove any products 3 months prior to the best before date to avoid this issue and ensure that customers do not receive short dated stock within reason.
Our records show you did contact our Customer Service Team on 19 April as you were unable to ship these products to Nigeria at the time you purchased and since then 4 months later the products have passed their before the best before date. Nu Skin does not support products shipped to non-authorized countries as can be detrimental for Nu Skin and its future operations.
