Unexceptable !

On the 19th of December I sent a parcel to NuSkin, in order to recieve a refund as the client cancelled the order. The parcel arrived on the same day. It is the 27th of January and I have noy recieved the full refund. I was told the payment will be made on the 21st or 22nd of January, yet I am still waiting. I find this absolutely pathetic. As per their policy refunds takes up to 2 weeks.
