Product never delivered.The longest 3 days of my life!!!!
Purchased and paid for a Nu skin curling mascara from Donne VD Walt on the 3/3/2021.Delivery was promised 2-3 days.I have been messenging the rep whilst she is actively online ,to be ignored .The after sales service is terrible and I will never order from Nu skin again, due to false promises and bad service.

Our Customer Service team will be in contact directly to investigate or should you prefer you can also contact them 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday (10 AM – 5 PM on Tuesdays) +***3 (select Option 1) or *** – Nu Skin South Africa.
Our standard delivery via our economy delivery is usually 5-7 working days excluding any time for EFT payments to reflect. Should you be buying directly from a Nu Skin Distributor these times can vary.
