Extremely disappointed and upset Nu Skin Distributor!
I previously ordered 2 lipsticks from you guys 2 years ago! I never received my order due to no stock and then 2 years later my order was still not received and still I have not received a refund and not to mention my distributor account was deactivated!!!! I queried my refund over a month ago and was told I had to wait 14 working days with still no response till date!
Fast forwad to two weeks ago when I placed another order for lipsticks only to not receive my delivery. There is no communication and when the delivery partner advises on a delivery date it is never met!
What is going on? Do you not need the business or have you become to big of a corporate to care about client services ????!!!!
