Communication and assistance useless
Communication is pretty useless.
Placed an order a week ago. Only to phone them and find out that they are having delays from their side and hence my product will be a week late.
It would have been acceptable had their communication been up to date.
Nothing is being done from their side to rectify this matter.
Would not recommend dealing with a company like this.

10 Jul 2020, 09:39We are sorry with the delay; we are experiencing unbelievably high volumes of orders specifically 25 June whereby our shipment became available after delays due to COVID. Since then our teams are working 24-hr shifts, 7 days a week. This we have communicated directly to orders effected via email.
