Bad quality and bad service.

I purchased a galvanic spa in February 2015 from Nu SkinEnterprises. On receiving the product I found it wouldn't keep its current and contacted the agent who sold it to me. I was then asked to contact someone else who told me to clean the battery unit and test it. This didn't solve the problem and I had to contact the customer care to ask for a replacement. I was then told to send the machine back with a replacement number as reference at my own cost, and was promised that it would be replaced. I did this and confirmed with post office that the returned unit was received by this company, but to date I have not received anything in return or even feedback. It is irritating that I now have to waste more of my time to try and get some value for this huge amount of money spent on a worthless piece of junk that was made in China and which I don't even have. I will never put my trust in this company again.
