3 weeks later not delivery
I have placed an order on the 31/03/2021. To date i have not received my order. i sent an email 'Chezelle Van Straaten' <***> on the 8 April and her response was "I believe you will receive it next week" and i suppose her next week is this week. it is the end of the week and the product i have paid for still not delivered. Worse service ever.....

Our Corporate Customer Service team will be in contact directly to investigate with you or should you prefer you can also contact them 9 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday (10 AM – 5 PM on Tuesdays) +***3 (select Option 1) or *** – Nu Skin South Africa.
Our standard delivery via our economy delivery is usually 5-7 working days excluding any time for EFT payments to reflect. Should you be buying directly from a Nu Skin Distributor these times can vary so we definitely think there is an issue which we would love to resolve for you :)
If you are having issues in general and having no luck with the Distributor you have originally placed your original order with we always welcome you to contact our Customer Service Team :)
Our standard delivery via our economy delivery is usually 5-7 working days excluding any time for EFT payments to reflect. Should you be buying directly from a Nu Skin Distributor these times can vary so we definitely think there is an issue which we would love to resolve for you :)

Thank you for communicating with us directly and also confirming last week that you received your parcel. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and sad that you had a poor impression of Nu Skin. Once a order is placed directly on Nu Skin's website via economy service (Express is also available) you should receive your parcel within 6 working days. If you have paid via EFT this can take a few extra days as parcels are only shipped once funds appear in our account.
