Waste of time and money

Hi Nu Season does not even deserve a star. What a mediocre playhouse this company is. I ordered from Nu season on the 25 June 2024 and website advises that there will be a communication via email to advice about my order and that has not happened. Today its the 15th July i still have not received my items The only time Nu season communicates is when you email them direct and they apologies for their floppy and and incompetency. Am a first time buyer and wont be ordering in the future. Your service and communication is none existent, your business is clearly a fly by night I would be embarrassed to be an employee for nu season
