Very bad service

I am so unhappy I bought my inverter 2 weeks back ago...no communication I have to be the 1 asking where is my order that's when I got respond I did wait for that 10 days even today nothing no reply ...we cannot even call as the is no numbers....I will not advice anyone one to buy from Nu season .... first time buying but I'm disappointed......I've been buying online stuff never been disappointed like this I'm even asking my self is this shop legit????????
