Terrible Online Shopping Experience from Nu Season - Not Recommended

We placed an order with Nu Season on the 11th July 2024. On the 16th July, there had been no movement on the order. We sent numerous emails to follow up since there are no numbers to call on their website. When the Sales team eventually responded, they couldn't find the order. They did not even know if it was an online order on their website or through a reseller (like Leroy Merlin). Eventually, after we sent them all the correspondence received in regard to payment and order confirmation, we received an automated mail to say that the shipment was created and submitted to courier on the 17th July at 17:38. Again, that is where it stopped. On the 22nd July we contacted ParcelNinja to find out when we can expect delivery. They advised us that the shipment had not been handed over to them. Again, we had to wait for sales*****eason.co.za to decide when they will respond. We needed the item on the 19th July. Shockingly bad service! Not recommended at all!
