They are the biggest *****sters in the market. I ordered a headboard and no updates since the day I paid for it. They should just be shutdown permanently. They have an automated response and even then, to show how pathetic they are, the response is delayed by days lol.

I asked for a refund and they can't even do that. They are doing it intentionally. *****ing hard earned money from folks is not on guys. Let's report this company once and for all and hold these people to account.
